Summary. ListenBack is designed to work on your device. We do not collect, store, or process your recordings, transcripts, or related content on Novurae servers. We only receive information if you choose to send it to us (e.g., by email).

1) What We Don’t Collect

• Recordings & Transcripts: Created and stored locally on your device.
• Analytics/Tracking: None. No analytics SDKs, ads, or tracking beacons.
• Location: If enabled, location is saved to a local sidecar file and not sent to Novurae.

2) What We May Receive

• User-Initiated Communications: If you email us for support or feedback, we receive your email and message content solely to respond and improve the Service.
• Platform Diagnostics: We may view aggregated crash/diagnostic info made available by Apple; this does not include your recordings.

3) Sharing/Exports You Initiate

When you export/share using the iOS share sheet, your content goes only to the destination you select (e.g., Files app, your cloud drive). Those services have their own policies. Novurae does not access them.

4) Children’s Privacy

Not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by law). If a child sends us personal info via email, contact us and we’ll delete it.

5) Security

Your recordings remain on your device. Please protect your device with passcode/biometrics and back up files you care about. We take reasonable measures to protect the limited correspondence you send us.

6) Your Rights

If you emailed us and want access, correction, or deletion of that correspondence, email novurae@hotmail.com. We’ll respond under Canadian privacy law (e.g., PIPEDA) and, where applicable, other laws.

7) International Users

We operate in Canada. Emails you send may be processed in Canada. For EU/UK residents who email us, we’ll handle that limited data only to respond to your inquiry and in line with applicable laws.

8) Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via update notes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
